Information We Need from the Forwarding Partner
For rapid tariff estimation and vehicle allocation, please supply the following parameters with your inquiry.
- Nominated Depot Name & Address: Terminal name and collection city.
- Collection / Booking Reference: Forwarding master airway bill or depot release order.
- Release Confirmation: Formal confirmation that customs duties and terminal charges are settled.
- Total Volume & Weight: Gross cubic meters (m³) and gross weight (kg).
- Piece Count / Tally: Number of lift vans, cartons, or loose furniture items.
- Consignee Delivery Address: Street, district, city, and building entrance.
- Floor & Elevator Availability: Floor level, elevator suitability, or stair carry only.
- Parking & Long Carry: Distance from vehicle parking spot to building entry.
- Agreed In-Home Scope: Inside carry only, full unpacking to tabletop surfaces, furniture assembly.
- Preferred Delivery Window: Target arrival week or specific customer requested date.
Handover & Documentation Standards
Cartons and items are counted against the forwarder packing inventory upon collection at the depot dock. Discrepancies are logged immediately.
A formal delivery sheet is presented to the consignee upon completion of inside placement and assembly, recording exceptions if any exist.
Scanned copies of signed PODs are transmitted back to your operations email within 24 hours of delivery completion.
